$39 each way within 10km from our place. 

Additional $1.95 per kilometer will be applied after minimum kilometer.

Please ask us for a quote if your from Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, and other area deliveries as rates may vary.

For your convenience, Book Party Rentals offers a variety of ways you can modify your delivery to best suit your needs.

Outside Regular Hours

Our regular operating time is 7am to 6pm. Please let us know if you would like your items delivered outside of our regular operating hours! In most cases, we can arrange a specialized delivery outside of our normal hours after your approval and confirmation.

You can contact us to discuss your preferred delivery date and time requirements, and we will do our best abilities to work with you to gather a quote that fits your schedule.

Additional Labour

We provide curb-to-curb delivery services – no more than 10 meters from the truck to the drop-off location. Additional fees may apply to obstacles like stairs, elevators, landscape barriers, and long distances. Please let us know if this might be the case before booking so that any unexpected costs can be avoided. In some cases, this can only be determined upon delivery, but even a heads-up can help us avoid delays.

All products that Book Party Rentals delivers or picks up must be returned in the condition and state they were given (i.e. chairs and tables stacked, how tents are packed). Unscheduled packing up or teardown will incur additional labour costs.

Book Party Rentals offers basic setup and takedown services such as assembling the tents, tables or chairs. If you require setup or takedown, this MUST be arranged at the time of booking. Last minute or unexpected requests will result in a higher labor rate and may not be possible due to time frame.
