Delivery and Pick-up
We do the delivery and pick up in lower mainland at the lowest price possible.
Delivery and Pick-up Information
- The delivery rates are based on curbside drop off / pick- ups only. If the items required to go a distance, going up or down stairs, Extra charges may apply.
- Items that are ready for pick up must be stacked and ready for loading prior to the pick-up time slot. Extra charges may apply if the items are not ready for pick-up. If a rental item gets left behind it is the client's responsibility to return it within 24 hours to avoid extra charges.
- If the rental items are not ready for pick-up. This will make our team members late for the next pick-up appointment. Extra charges may apply to any unscheduled teardowns $2 per chair and $3 per table.
- Our delivery personnel are not responsible for setting up any rental items or moving customers' items. Please make a request if you require setting up any rental items at your event.
- All delivery will have a 2 hours window time. Clients will be notified if any delay occurs during delivery date and time. Priority time request charges apply a $25 fee.
- If the location is not suitable to do a delivery/pick-up on a curbside. Extra charges may apply if our team member will need to carry the items to a distance, going up or down a road and stairs.
